If ur in trouble they don't want to help. They just want their money one way or the other. They love to lie and take full advantage of people when they are down.

Fallen on hard times after my husband passed away. Been talking with Robin Rhines to make arrangements to get caught back up on my house payment. Robin was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. Robin even told me about an app to download so I could be able to get my medication that I couldn't get cause I couldn't afford to get it. Wish there were more people like Robin Rhines in this world. She is a blessing.

I spoke with Robin Rhimes to make a payment she was so helpful I was amazed at how much help she gave me. She went out of her way to help me with another partial payment without me having to call back in a few days. Thank you Robin and Vanderbilt for making my life a little easier. We ran into some hardship, making it impossible to make our monthly mortgage payment. I called Amanda and explained our situation, and she and Morgan (her supervisor) were able to defer 2 months worth of payments to help us catch back up! Amanda and Morgan, you are awesome!

They gave me a good rate and things were fine for a while. Then boom, my escrow went up $500/mo. For most families, this is completely unaffordable. Then, they do not pay my taxes or insurance that is suppose to be included in the mortgage. After complaining and trying to get this sorted out, they immediately sell me to another lending company. Avoid this place at all cost.

I been stressed out for a whole month. I sent my money order through mail a month ago and Vanderbilt never received it. Talked with Rebecca Copeland and she really put my mind to ease. Talk with me and explain to me a different way to send my money and explain to me how I can pay my loan off early. She took her time and help me. I really appreciate that, you was really professional

Easiest company to do business with. I found the home of my dreams, and with help from the wonderful team at Vanderbilt, I will be a homeowner! They answer your questions, even ones of a novice buyer, respectfully and honestly. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.
No need to go to the big dealers, Vanderbilt has what you need. Great customer service, and you feel that there is an actual person on the other side that cares. Thank you for making my dreams a reality, I am forever grateful

this is a wonderful company just wish could pay less a month one job and taking care of parent is hard thing to do alone Thats why lowering monthly payment would help

Great company for someone looking to finance a manufactured home. Customer service is great. I only gave them 3 stars because they do not offer refinancing. And someone like me who has greatly improved my credit and income situation since the start of the loan doesn’t have any options for getting a better interest rate. Very disappointing.
