We pay for 500 mbps with @breezeline for internet and it’s garbage for streaming. Numerous outages since they bought out WOW and every time we have an issue it’s close to impossible to get ahold of customer service. Has anyone had luck trying to cancel?

Amazing how bad @breezeline is. I've had 40% transmit packet loss and 18% receiving packet loss all day in Columbus and the same for my friends throughout the city.

I was told I had to wait another 24 hours to contact @Breezeline again before requesting a technician to come out and get me connected to the internet. Even after I told them I work from home and depend on it. Great customer service. /sarcasm

@DominionPostWV @breezeline Sorry my neighbors in WV are forced to switch to Breezeline. Be prepared my friends, I didn't think service could be worse than Atlantic Broadband, but Breezeline is AWFUL. They shut down my email for NO REASON, and Tech. Services put me on hold for 1 HOUR 43 MINUTES!!! 😡😡😡

@breezeline two hours on hold for an agent to tell me they relocated my isp and the outage would be resolved in a week??? How is this even an answer? I've been an unwilling customer for less than a month. Your service and support is garbage. I can't wait a week!

One more public warning to anyone that had @WOW_WAY & has been switched to @breezelineAttempted to cancel several times & the wait time is always over an hour. Two customer service people have told me they will call to help.I have received ZERO calls. Garbage company #Avoid

learning this morning that @breezeline doesn’t even list or provide their customer care business hours anywhere (at all!), but their phone lines are happy to tell you to call back during whatever they are!

@breezeline Beezeline as my new internet provider is ridiculous. Sounds like you've taken over more than one company and can't manage or service your customers in a timely and correct manner. I bet your payment systems work just fine tho even tho logging into your account is now a nightmare.
