I had a great service technician in Tashawna. She took the time necessary to get me hooked up with both TV and internet and talked me through how to correctly access my channels. I was very appreciative of her time and knowledge.

Had this trash for 4 years hoping for the best and it NEVER changes internet ALWAYS goes out without any update to wen it comes back 2-3 hours…getting out of this mess ASAP SMH

My Internet provider is one of the best I've ever chosen. It has one of the fastest broadband speeds that I have ever seen. WOW also has very helpful service available at a moments notice. We have multiple devices on only one network so speed and reliablity are truly important to us.

Customer Service is difficult to reach. Great customer service, but only if you have the patience to call enough times, be transferred enough times. Why can't they just list the correct phone number on their bill and/ or web site. I am satisfied with their internet and tv services, but the increasing prices are not acceptable to me. It's time for a change.
