Lactation cookies are a great way to help increase your milk supply! The key ingredient is the brewer’s yeast. You cannot substitute this for any other kind of yeast. We had a hard time finding this at the grocery store and finally lucked out and found it at the Bulk Barn. The flax and oats are also great supply boosters too which is why they are included in the recipe.
