*Not for use on 1200 "S" models with dual plug heads. Jets are predetermined for each model. Included jets based on extensive R&D and rider testing. If you require specific jet sizes other than the recommended sizes supplied in each kit, please select the "Custom" model selection and indicate sizes (2 main jets / 2 pilot jets) in the comments section at checkout. Kits are for Harley CV carbs only. Will not fit non Harley CVK carbs or SECV44 race carbs.

I ordered the Premium Kit, and the inlet elbow. First time tearing into a CV carb, was a bit nervous. No need to be! Between the introduction sheets that came with the kit, and the online videos...........easy-peasy. I took my time, and it was done in less than two hours, if you have been into a CV before, I could see this done in a half hour. Set it up per instructions, fired right up. Finally got to take it out yesterday and start really dialing it in. With the EZ-Just screw, no problem. Snappy throttle response, definitely feels like more power, can't wait to really put it through the paces. Thanks so much CV Performance!

I've used 3 of these kits (and the low profile accelerator pump nozzles) on 3 different XL's, and they're almost flawless. Easy install, reasonable price, and VERY accurate jet sizes.
