  6. I picked these up yesterday from Costco. They are delicious. I read through this recipe and wondered about the form of the bisconie. Here, it says to cut the bisconie with a cookie cutter. The product I bought from Costco looks like they are made with an ice cream scoop. They are more rounded and have no cut edge. This is just my thoughts.

  9. Hi Lindsay, This is a great recipe, very flavourful. I would hesitate to call it a Bisconie though. Realistically, you’ve got something between a biscuit and a scone rather than biscotti and scone. Only reason I removed a star.

  10. I made a half batch. Thought it turned out pretty good. It’s more of a biscuit than the Costco version. The flavor was spot on, but the texture needs work. However, I’d make this again.

  12. Can you substitute frozen cranberries for fresh. How many cups of cranberries instead of grams?

    Reply

    • Thanks for asking. Yes, you can use frozen cranberries instead of fresh cranberries in the Cranberry Orange Bisconie Costco Recipe. Both fresh and frozen cranberries can be used in the recipe, and the taste won’t change.

150 grams of fresh cranberries is about the same as 1 to 1 1/4 US cups measurements. Cranberries can vary in size and density, so it’s important to keep that in mind.
